Authentic Argentinian seasoning sauce

Chimichurri is a traditional sauce from Argentina, especially known for currasco steak. This spicy herb blend is also widely used in Uruguay and in Central and South America, including Nicaragua, Colombia, and Mexico. Simply rub it over meat or fish fillets before frying for an intense flavor.

For the classic chimichurri sauce, whisk together 2 tablespoons of chimichurri with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of water, half a tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Perfect as a marinade or dip for an authentic South American flavor.
