How direct shipping in Switzerland works
Select a gift: Choose one of our ready-to-ship gift boxes or discover individually combinable products in our themed worlds.
Add a personal touch: Optionally, choose an elegant greeting card and leave your personal message.
Provide address: Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout (or your own address if you want to deliver the gift personally). We will lovingly take care of the rest.
Handwritten greeting cards for a personal connection
A premium gift thrives on words that come from the heart. That's why we rely on genuine craftsmanship:
Your message handwritten: If you leave a text when purchasing, I will transfer your words in calligraphy by hand onto the selected greeting card. This gives your gift an incomparably personal, elegant touch.
Blank card for self-inscription: If you do not fill out a text field, we will enclose the greeting card in a suitable envelope, unopened, so that you can inscribe it yourself before handing it over.
Important notes on our shipping formats
To ensure your gift arrives exactly as you envision it, our service distinguishes between two shipping methods:
Ready-to-ship gift boxes & gift sets: These gift boxes are ready to be sent directly to the recipient. Each order is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon and shipped without a delivery note or any price information.
Orders of individual products: If you order individual Toyo boxes or candles for yourself or for crafting, we ship them without a ribbon or handwritten card. In this case, the invoice copy is included as usual.
