SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all our packages with Swiss Post. Delivery is usually reliable and takes 1–2 business days. However, delays can occasionally occur, especially during the pre-Christmas period or around holidays. Therefore, it's best to allow an extra day as a buffer.
Shipping options:
Swiss Post – CHF 10.00 / free for orders over CHF 100.00
Delivery in 1-2 working days
Post Express – CHF 23.00 / CHF 13.00 from CHF 100.00
Delivery on the next working day before 9 a.m., including Saturdays.
Saturday delivery – CHF 17.50 / CHF 7.50 for orders over CHF 100.00
Delivery on the next possible Saturday
Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are unfortunately dependent on the shipping providers and have no further influence on the exact delivery time. Returns
Return policy
You can return any product to us within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition. This applies to individual products as well as gift-wrapped boxes and bags, including the products they contain, provided all items are returned complete, in their original packaging, and without any signs of use.
Return process
Please contact us in advance at welcome@lovapres.ch so we can initiate the return for you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you require a return label from us, the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price, less any shipping costs, via the original payment method.
Exceptions
Damaged or incorrectly delivered items will be replaced or fully refunded. Please contact us at welcome@lovapres.ch in this case; we will be happy to assist you.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation
Orders containing ready-to-ship gifts, as well as boxes or bags created with the gift designer, can only be canceled due to the high processing effort, provided we have not yet begun processing the order. Please contact us promptly – we will check if cancellation is still possible. Unfortunately, once the gift has been packed, we can no longer process a cancellation.
For certain products, cancellation is only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible – we will check the status and process the cancellation if it is still possible.
Change of address
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any address changes. Therefore, please carefully check your order confirmation immediately after placing your order. We are happy to change the delivery address as long as the order has not yet left our warehouse.
Return due to incorrect address details
Should your package be returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, we will contact you to discuss either reshipping or a refund. If we choose reshipping, an additional shipping fee will apply. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
International shipping
We also offer international shipping. Please note that customs duties and VAT will be charged in the recipient country and must be paid by the recipient. Simply contact us at welcome@lovapres.ch with your desired delivery address, and we will gladly inform you about shipping costs and delivery times.
